Reiki

I offer distance as well as in person reiki healing sessions using the traditional Japanese Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing which I have found to be beneficial for both physical and psychological concerns. Each session takes approximately 1 hour which is inclusive of a preliminary consultation and I encourage clients to take some time to relax afterwards to feel the full benefit and integration of their healing. Incorporated into my practice I also use crystals and singing bowls which give an added layer of comfort and relaxation.
